Grinder and Coola are two orphaned grizzly bears who were rescued and brought to Grouse Mountain in 2001. Visitors can watch the bears from a viewing platform that is about 20 feet above their enclosure. The platform has interpretive signs that provide information about the bears and their behavior, as well as their role in the ecosystem.

The Peak of Christmas:

The Grouse Grind® is a 2.5-kilometre trail up the face of Grouse Mountain, commonly referred to as “Mother Nature’s Stairmaster". 

If you are hiking up the Grouse Grind, purchase a Download Ticket for your Skyride trip down the mountain. Downhill hiking is not permitted.

Skiing and Snowboarding: 

In the winter, Grouse Mountain is a popular destination for skiing and snowboarding. The mountain has 33 runs and 4 chairlifts, and it offers a range of terrain for all skill levels, from beginner to expert.
