If so, we are looking for an enthusiastic Driver cum Guide to join our team and be the face of Vancouver to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate our sightseeing vehicles, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
- Provide informative and engaging commentary about Vancouver's landmarks, history, and culture.
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and any special needs.
- Answer questions and provide recommendations to enhance our guests' experience.
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle throughout the tour.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle cash transactions and ticket sales when required.
- Adhere to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate tour times.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 4 or Class 2 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
- Passion for Vancouver and its history, culture, and attractions.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous tour guiding or customer service experience is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
