Fairholm Boutique Inns is located in Queens Square, a neighborhood in Charlottetown, and is in the city center and near the boardwalk. The Mack and Confederation Centre of the Arts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Gahan House and Charlottetown Port. This suite occupies the entire third floor and features exposed wood beams, fireplace, luxurious king bed with an additional large seating area that has another flat screen TV and a sofa bed. The private bath features a large two person jetted tub, stand-up shower and heated floors with a window overlooking the grounds. Our King with Spa Bath and Fireplace suite is located on the third floor of the original Fairholm Building.

QUEEN WITH BALCONY


Our Queen with Balcony Suites offer full ensuite bath, wireless and wired Internet, smart TV, as well as personally controlled air conditioning with a second floor balcony overlooking historic Fitzroy St. Our Queen with Balcony Suites are located on the second floor of our Cranford House.

STANDARD KING APARTMENT SUITE


These first story units are fully air conditioned and feature a fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances. The open concept living room has a fireplace, a flat screen smart TV and a sofa bed for additional guests. The separate bedroom has a king bed with another flatscreen smart TV and a washroom that has a large walk-in shower. Our Standard King Apartment suites are located on the ground level of our Carriage House with patio access.

ECONOMY SINGLE SUITE


Enjoy our cozy Economy Single Room that boasts deluxe bedding with fluffy pillows and a Smart TV with access to premium cable, Netflix, YouTube and much more. Our Economy Single Suite is located on the third floor of our Hillhurst Inn.

FAMILY UNDERGROUND SUITE


Our Family Suites are open concept with a large living area, notable windows for sunlight and a fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances. The Suite has one private King Bedroom and one private Queen Bedroom and features a 65" Flatscreen TV. Our Family Suite is located underground of our Carriage House.
