Salt Spring Vineyards,
Salt Spring Vineyards wines are completely handcrafted by Salt Spring residents, from pruning of the vines, selecting the choicest grapes, winemaking, to applying the labels on the bottles. We are convinced that small-scale production, with human nurturing of the wine at each step of the winemaking process, produces a most inspired result. We hope you agree. Our estate wines tend to be dry and crisp, and we are honoured to pair them with Salt Spring and Moonstruck Cheeses, both produced on Salt Spring Island. We are always open Saturdays from noon to five, with daily hours May 1 to September 20.
