As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, I don't have specific details about a package or event called 2 Days Okanagan Wine. However, I can provide general information about the Okanagan Valley's renowned wine region in British Columbia, Canada.
The Okanagan Valley is celebrated for its picturesque landscapes, encompassing vineyards, orchards, and lakes. It has emerged as one of Canada's premier wine regions, renowned for its diverse varietals and award-winning wineries. A 2 Days Okanagan Wine experience typically involves exploring several wineries, each offering a unique tasting experience.
Visitors often start their journey in Kelowna, Penticton, or Osoyoos, major towns in the region. The tour may include visits to boutique wineries, large estates, or family-owned vineyards, providing a comprehensive understanding of the diverse terroir and winemaking techniques.
Wine enthusiasts can indulge in tastings of world-class wines, including popular varietals like Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and the region's specialty, ice wine. Winery tours often involve picturesque settings, allowing guests to stroll through vineyards and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lakes.
To enhance the experience, some wineries offer food pairings, highlighting the region's culinary delights. Many accommodations in the Okanagan Valley cater specifically to wine tourists, providing comfortable stays with convenient access to the wineries.
For a memorable 2 Days Okanagan Wine experience, it's advisable to plan an itinerary in advance, considering personal preferences and the specific offerings of the chosen wineries. Additionally, checking with local tourism offices or wine associations for any special events or packages during the visit can add an extra layer of enjoyment to the wine tour.
It’s an early start today, but that is because we have quite the day planned for you. We look forward to hosting you on this adventure. We will pack your bag into our Private Luxury Vehicle before heading to Othello Tunnels. These tunnels were cut from the granite cliffs in 1914 by the Canadian Pacific Railway connecting the Kootenays to the Coast. A total of five tunnels were cut out as part of the Kettle Valley Railway grade. The engineering effort it took to build this route was impressive, especially considering the limited infrastructure of the time. You will have the opportunity to walk through the tunnels and cross the cascading Coquihalla River. This area is also rich in film history, with several blockbuster film scenes shot at Othello Tunnels. Carry on the Coquihalla Highway towards the Okanagan and wine country. Arrive in Kelowna, your overnight stop, where you’ll be able to walk the beautiful boardwalk along Lake Okanagan or through the cute shops that line the streets of this desert town. Later this afternoon you will take the famous Wine Tasting Tour by stopping at four of the region’s famous wineries for a complimentary tasting. The Okanagan is British Columbia's warmest and driest region, featuring a diverse environment of beaches, lakes, woodland, orchards, vineyards, and farms. Check into your hotel for the evening, a few blocks from the lakeside waterfront. It is here that you will find a myriad of restaurants to satisfy your palate. The hamlet is nestled between two gentle mountain ranges with excellent hiking paths such as Knox Mountain and Paul's Tomb. With a handful of open-door wineries conveniently located near downtown, you can easily explore the vineyards by bike.
Spend the long hours on the pier with new friends, watching the sunset across the lake and the bustling beach. Take a walk along the coastal road from downtown and you'll soon find yourself on magnificent white sand beaches surrounded by sunbathers, beach balls, and sandcastles. Outdoor volleyball, basketball, and tennis facilities, as well as a children's water park, are available in the seaside City Park.

We only had one full day, and we decided to take this half day tour to get a nice overview without trying to drive in the city.
Our tour guide was AWESOME!!! He loved this city and was so excited to tell us all about it. He knew everything and told us all there was to know about the sites, landscape, history, and where to eat or visit next
Lovely overview of Vancouver and the highlights you don’t want to miss. Anant was informative and energetic.
We had a get experience with Anant , she was an excellent guide. Best of all there was only 3 of us on the bus of 24 , so it was a really personal and pleasant trip. Well worth doing.
Enjoyed our tour with Anant and we saw the most significant sights, especially glad to do a complete drive around the perimeter of Stanley Park.
