Visa-required applicants use Singapore’s ICA e-Service through a local contact or authorised strategic partner; it is an online application, not a BLS appointment. The SG Arrival Card is separate and is not a visa or paid visa substitute.
The ICA processing fee is S$30, approximately CAD $30, non-refundable, plus any authorised agent fee. Confirm whether the traveller is visa-exempt before paying.
ICA states about three working days excluding the submission day for many applications, but allow extra time for incomplete files, public holidays, and cases needing review.
Use ICA instructions and an authorised local contact/partner from BC. Canadian visitors still need the separate free SG Arrival Card before arrival when required; do not pay a fake SGAC website.
The visa validity and permitted stay are set on the issued eVisa or at entry. A visa does not guarantee admission or a particular length of stay.
Confusing visa exemption with a visa-required passport, missing the local-contact requirement, uploading non-English documents without translation, and paying a fake arrival-card site are common mistakes.
